  • Does CediPlus support mobile money payments?

    Yes. We are fully integrated with all major Ghanaian networks (MTN, Telecel, AT) to allow for seamless loan disbursements and automated repayments via MoMo.

  • Can the system run offline?

    We understand the challenges of connectivity. CediPlus features a robust "Offline Mode" that allows tellers to record transactions which sync automatically once the internet is restored.

  • Can I manage multiple branch accounts?

    Absolutely. CediPlus supports multi-branch operations on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Each branch can have its own accounts, staff, and reporting, while the head office maintains a consolidated view.

  • How secure is our borrower data?

    Data security is our priority. All information is encrypted with bank-grade security protocols, full audit trails, and we provide regular backups to ensure your institution is always protected.

  • Can we migrate data from our current Excel/Software?

    Absolutely. Our technical team provides a "White Glove" migration service to move your existing borrower and loan data into CediPlus with zero downtime.

  • Is initial system training included?

    Yes. All plans include onboarding support. Enterprise customers also receive on-site training and a dedicated account manager to ensure a smooth deployment for your entire team.
