By accessing or using the cedi+ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the service.
cedi+ is a cloud-based microfinance and cooperative loan management system. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that the data you input into the system complies with Ghanaian financial regulations and reporting standards.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of cedi+ and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall cedi+, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
